We cover the Gold Coast, Logan and Brisbane regions.
These Activities and Lawn Games are perfect for Birthdays, Parties, Picnics, Corporate Team Building, Work Events and Weddings.
The equipment is hired without an operator, so you are fully responsible for monitoring correct use.
Sparky Do Dah is not responsible for participant safety, and you are liable for damage to or loss of equipment.
The price is determined by the equipment you wish to hire, the duration of hire, and the nature of the exchange.
Our giant games can be delivered to you, or picked up and dropped off from Beenleigh or Robina.
A bond is required in case there is damaged gear, lost gear, dirty gear, or late return. The bond is calculated by the amount of gear you plan to hire.
Our equipment hire range is limited, so not all activities will be available at all times. The earlier you book, the more likely you will be able to get all of the lawn games you desire.

Giant Games, Lawn Games and Wedding Games for Hire
Naughts and Crosses
This fresh approach to a classic game engages people for long durations in shared family fun. As they are hired with a trestle table, they are suitable for use on all surfaces.
Included in the hire are 2 complete sets of naughts and crosses, a trestle table and table cloth.
Ball Toss
The ball toss is a magnet for Toddlers and older participants with a competitive edge. Skilled participants can stand further away from the target to increase the difficulty. It is suitable for use on all surfaces.
Included in the hire is the A-Frame, 6 balls and a Hula Hoop.
Juggling Sticks
This activity, more than any other, engages the widest range of ages for the longest time. They are suitable for use on all surfaces. Basic tricks can be conveyed to the hirer at the time of pick up or delivery.
Included in the hire are 10 full sets and a storage holder.
Coyts
Offering competitive fun, coyts is a great game for all ages. Skilled users can stand further from the target to make it more competitive. They are suitable for use on all surfaces.
Included in the hire are 1 wooden target and 2 sets of 5 rings.
Egg and Spoon Races
Egg and spoon races are a popular favourite. They do take an organiser, to group the participants into similar ages and abilities for each race. If there are more than 15 participants, it is best to run heats or relays than hire 2 x sets; it just gets messy and there is more to pick up at the end. They are suitable for use on all surfaces, though the balls can travel great distances on hard surfaces.
Included in the hire are 15 golf balls and 15 spoons.
Tug of War
Another crowd favourite that brings everyone together is Tug of War. An organiser is needed to form teams, manage proceedings, and pack up the rope when the competition is over. If left out for children to play with, it always ends in tears with someone getting rope-burn (usually some place ouchy). Tug of War is suitable for use on grass or carpet.
Included in the hire is 1 rope.
Sack Races
Sack races are always great fun. They work best with an organiser grouping participants into similar ages or abilities, or staggering participants so the most coordinated are further from the finish line. If more than 10 participants, it is best to run heats or relays than hire 2 sets. It just gets messy and there is more to pick up. They are suitable for use on grass or carpet.
Included in the hire are 10 sacks in a container.
Tandem Striders
Tandem Striders are a great challenge for teams of 2. They can be left out for participants to use as they wish, or they can be easily organised into races. If more than 6 people, it is best to run heats or relays than hire more sets. They are suitable for use on grass or carpet.
Included in the hire are 3 full sets (6 planks) and a carry bag.
Wobble Boards
Wobble Boards are a fun activity for all ages. They suit all ages and abilities and are best left out for the duration of the event. They are suitable for use on grass or carpet, not hard surfaces.
Included in the hire set is 1 easy, 1 medium, 1 hard wobble board and a spinning disk.
Hula Hoops
Hula Hoops are a fun activity to leave out for the duration of your event. They come in 2 sizes, though they are very interchangeable. It is easy for an organiser to make them competitive by running ‘who can hoop the longest’ type challenges. They are suitable for use on all surfaces.
Included in the hire are 5 small and 5 large hula hoops.
Ninja Tennis
In this activity, participants throw two tennis balls connected with rope in an attempt to tangle them on the frame. Difficulty is increased by standing further from the target. They are suitable for use on all surfaces but ample room is required to limit unsuspecting people getting hit by stray balls.
Included in the hire are the frame (simple assembly required) and 6 sets of balls; good for 3 people with 2 sets each.
Animal Feet
Enjoyed by toddlers and younger children, these animal feet offer developmental fun. They are suitable for use on all surfaces, but grass or carpet is favoured.
Included in the hire are 4 sets of feet.
